They establish and maintain influential relationships with customer's senior management, champion the client’s solutions, and strategically position them as the vendor of choice in the pre-RFP/pre-RFI sales cycle. The managers use internationally accredited program management tools, including PMP and PRINCE2, to ensure best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle. They work closely with customers to capture technical requirements, create schedule and cost estimates, and once the project starts, they report progress to our client’s management team on a weekly basis.
