Diginuvo’s program management offering enables our clients to manage customer engagements worldwide without the time and cost associated with hiring dedicated resources in each country. This engagement model enables clients to acquire new customers for their existing products, integrate pre and post-sales activities into a continuous process of customer relationship management, manage tactical execution of complex projects, and align client’s product roadmap with their customer’s business goals and objectives.

 

Diginuvo’s program managers are leaders in their respective vertical markets with extensive experience and industry contacts. They establish and maintain influential relationships with customer's senior management, champion the client’s solutions, and strategically position them as the vendor of choice in the pre-RFP/pre-RFI sales cycle. The managers use internationally accredited program management tools, including PMP and PRINCE2, to ensure best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle. They work closely with customers to capture technical requirements, create schedule and cost estimates, and once the project starts, they report progress to our client’s management team on a weekly basis.

 

This engagement model is ideally suited for those clients who do not want to outsource product development, but want to expand in emerging international markets through collaborative partnership with local sales, marketing and operations experts.
